An Introduction to Vocal Alchemy

Clear Communication is one of the most crucial ways we bridge our consciousness into this world. But often, our voice is confused; hiding in a repressive state of fear, insecurity, and self-doubt. It is crucial to develop tools to listen to ones own authentic inner voice and develop the fearlessness to speak our truth in the world. Developing the tools of our voice can help us reclaim our power, our authenticity, our ability to be in balance in communication, our ability to listen, and to be courageous risk-takers stepping into our life with intention.

The tools I have to share are based in a shamanic and Taoist perspective of working with internal energy and cultivating power and awareness. Bridging vocal empowerment with breathwork, microcosmic orbit practice, Qi cultivation practices and Alchemical Song Ceremonies is a powerful way of releasing the Fear held within the throat chakra and unleashing our freedom of expression, innate creativity and joyful heart. Cultivating the alchemy of the voice within a ritual setting, using meditation and breathwork practices, is all about tapping into the non-linear, non-rational mind – which leads to the blissful, expansive heart.

When we know what we want to manifest in life, and we have a clear vision of purpose of aligning with our highest Soul’s Purpose, we can move the energies forward on our path to embodying and manifesting that vision. And yet, the manifestation of that dream cannot happen in the mind alone, through thoughts and intention setting. Using techniques to direct energy and energetically clear the body of the emotional & energetic blockages is the key to manifestation; because the Mind cannot transform ruts, addictions and long-held stuck patterns on a rational, mental level; there needs to be some kind of non-linear, circular, creative process that circumnavigates the linear thought processes and allows us to FEEL the manifestation within ourselves, within our bodies. Then we can become aligned with it because we are feeling it, we become the magnet, and our manifestation pulls us to our Soul’s Purpose, because we have aligned with it non-linearly, through feeling it.
